minutes
This lists all the minutes of all the meetings we've had in recent history. They range from AGMs, through SGMs to just plain old meetings.
policy
Policies are motions to which the actions of Physoc are bound until the motions are either repealed or their life span has ended. Our full list of policies are all on one page.
constitution
This is the single most important piece of paperwork for Physoc, as without
it there wouldn't be a society. It lists important information such as levels of membership,
officers of the society, how to nominate and elect officers, how and how often meetings
should be held and other smaller administrative matters.
